Riviera Beach is a water privileged community. Current $35 HOA Dues are Voluntary but help maintain community property and assets. These Community assets enhance property values of homes in Riviera Beach.  Dues and fee paying Community residents can have access to boat ramps, swimming areas and a Marina on Stoney Creek. Additionally there are two large community parks, hosting Children's sports and community Holiday Parties. 

  • 2 Miles West on Ft. Smallwood Road at 1130 Duvall Hwy, there is a $15.9 Million dollar, 20,000 Sq. ft. new Public Library opening in the Fall of 2024.
