By using the RCIA website or creating an account, you agree to the terms and community guidelines outlined below.

Membership & Accounts

Registration is intended for Riviera Beach residents and property owners. Each household is eligible for a primary account, with additional household member accounts permitted.

Some areas of the website are restricted to registered users. Accounts may require administrator approval and must be associated with a valid email address. Users must be 18 years or older to register.

RCIA reserves the right to suspend or deactivate accounts at any time if necessary to maintain the integrity of the community platform.

Community Participation

This website is intended to support respectful communication between community members.

By participating in forums, comments, emails, or other interactive features, you agree not to post content that is abusive, defamatory, threatening, illegal, or otherwise disruptive to the community.

Commercial advertising, solicitation, impersonation, and posting of personal information about others are not permitted outside of designated sections such as classifieds.

Content & Responsibility

Users are responsible for the content they post. The RCIA does not actively monitor all posts and does not guarantee the accuracy of user-generated content.

Content posted through community features represents the views of the individual user and not necessarily those of RCIA or its board.

Privacy & Information Use

The website may collect basic usage data such as browser type, pages visited, and time spent on the site to improve functionality and user experience.

Personal information collected during registration is used for account management and the community directory. Directory inclusion is optional where settings allow.
